Refund policy

If a guide is not useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase from the address you bought with and ask for a refund. We process it back to the original payment method — you do not have to justify the request.

Refunds are issued within two business days of your email. Your bank typically shows the money back within 5–10 business days depending on the card issuer.

The All-Access Bundle is refundable in full within the same 14 days. If you upgraded from individual guides and used purchase credit, we refund what you actually paid for the upgrade.

The licence ends when the refund is issued, so please delete your copies. Your download links stop working once the purchase record is closed.

Requests outside 14 days, and requests where the guides have been redistributed or shared in breach of the licence. If a file will not open or a download link fails, that is a support issue, not a refund one — write in and we will fix it the same day.

Email hello@dailyaiproductivity.com with the purchase email address and which guide or bundle you bought. One line is enough.
